Hit The Surf

Been quite awhile since I've hit the surf, no I'm not a surfer. I mean fly fish in the surf. when I do go it's with good friends. Last time I was out with my buddy Gabe. Good fly fisherman and a good friend.

On one particular day in no particular month we set out in search of Corbina. This day would prove unsuccessful. Those corbina are really spooky fish and tough to entice.

We searched up and down the beach with not much, not even a bump if you will. The day was on the warm side but for what ever reason the beans were a no-show. I put my rod down and brought out the camera and shot a few photos. Nothing better to do than to shot some stills when the fish don't wanna play.
