Clear Cure Goo

I ordered a kit from Clear Cure Goo, the stuff is a bit pricey but it's an alternative to epoxy which I think really blows when it comes to working with. The Clear Cure Goo kit comes with UV LED light and two tubes of of CCG, a thick syringe & thin syringe for different applications. So far I love the stuff, it's so easy to work with. Below is a Deceiver I tied using the CCG around the eyes, I built up a sort of head which looks pretty good.

I'm still working on some more patterns, I will likely post when I'm done with them, hopefully they'll be stuck to the lip of a big ol fish.

Great looking bug. I found your blog today through OBN. I like it. In fact I will hit the "follow" button right now. =)

Looks very nice. Seems clearer than epoxy too. Does it cure hard or kinda rubbery? Not that it matters either way, just curious.

Hey Ryan, glad you found and like the blog.

McTage, the Clear Cure Goo cures hard, it's a bit tacky, but is easily fixed with some rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol on a Q-tip. I then gave it a coat of Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails and it was good to go.
